Job description : We are seeking an experienced Trust Officer with exceptional knowledgeand strong leadership skills. This advanced-level role involvesoverseeing account administration to ensure client satisfaction fortrust beneficiaries and referring financial advisors, aligning with ourtrust business objectives.
Key Responsibilities : - Establish operational objectives and work plans, delegating tasks tosubordinates.- Develop, modify, and execute policies impacting client operations andpotentially the broader business unit.
- Analyze situations and data to align with organizational objectives.- Participate in discovering new business opportunities, conductingadministrative reviews, and interacting with Financial Advisors.
- Implement strategic policies and evaluate methods to achieve results.- Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performancerequirements.
- Influence others in sensitive situations while maintainingrelationships.- Perform account administration functions efficiently and compliantly,including account opening / closing, monitoring investment objectives, feemanagement, annual reviews, and tax preparation.
Qualifications : Qualifications and SkillsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities : - Comprehensive knowledge of various fiduciary relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for detail.- Team-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.
- Ability to adapt easily to a changing work environment.- CTFA (Certified Trust Financial Advisor) designation is a plus.
Education and Experience : - Bachelors degree in business administration or a related discipline,or an equivalent combination of education, training, and workexperience.
