Palmeira Home Health is currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative for full-time to utilize the company CRM, has the knowledge of the territory and established healthcare contacts in the community and has the evidence of achieving established sales goals within 90 days.

Salary rate of $80,000 per year.

Area coverages : San Francisco Bay Area / Peninsula / Sta Clara County / East Bay

Requirements :

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales in Home Health or Hospice setting
• A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year)
• A copy of Immunization / Vaccination Records (Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)
• Possess a Driver's License with auto-insurance

ABOUT THE POSITION :

the Junior Sales Representative will help reach the sales targets set by the sales director and is expected to help increase sales by positively representing the Palmeira brand by promoting home health services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, internal medicine, and other medical service providers.

The Junior Sales Representative will closely work with the senior sales representative to execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins by effectively communicating on a regular basis.

• Promote home health services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, internal medicine, and other medical service providers.
• Execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins.
• Ability to utilize the company CRM to identify new leads, create and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings for the Senior Sales Representative to close on prospective clients.
• Effectively communicate at a high level with the Senior Sales Representative on a regular basis and schedule their meetings to close on prospective clients.

Others :

• Must be willing to drive in the patients’ places of residence or hospital
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
