We currently have a great assignment for an A / E Design Project Manager. This individual will support our client, a facility engineering and design company supporting federal and local government agencies.

Job Responsibilities
The A / E Design Project Manager will become the leader of our client’s engineering design team in Severna Park, MD. The A / E Design Project Manager will manage multiple simultaneous A / E design projects.
Responsibilities of the A / E Design Project Manager include :
- Managing federal IDIQ contract, to include client management
- Overseeing and leadership of a 6-8 person in-house design team, various subcontractors and consultants
- Planning, coordinating and managing all MEP project activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes and specifications
- Developing, reviewing and approving MEP design and construction documents
- Coordinating and collaborating with project stakeholders, including architects, structural engineers and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications
- Monitoring and managing project budgets and schedules
- Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members
