Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain narrow web flexographic printing presses to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for enhancement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop press team members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and support organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in narrow web flexographic press operation or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful flexographic printing management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in flexographic press software and tools.
