REGULAR RATE : $40 / hr
CONTRACT DETAILS :
- Shift open : 11pm-7 : 30am
- Every other weekend Required
- Guaranteed 40 hrs a week
- C ontract is for 9 weeks
REFERRAL INCENTIVE :
Refer a CNA, LPN or RN. Once they complete 80 hrs or 2 weeks, you will receive a CASH BONUS !
Job Summary
We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Active LPN License
- CPR / BLS Certificate
- Covid Vaccine Card / Exemption / Declination
- 2 Professional References
- Physical and TB screening
- Valid Driver’s License . Sate ID and SSN Card
- EMR : Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.
