- JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care, while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
- DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Intensive Care Unit / Critical Care Unit support patients experiencing a variety of complex and high risk conditions and provides care through advanced knowledge and experience in a setting that provides intensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions.
- EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
PCH ICU-CCU : ACLS, PALS and TNCC required within six (6) months of hire. ENPC will be accepted in lieu of PALS until January 1, 2025.
One (1) year recent ICU experience or three (3) years of strong acute care experience preferred.
