What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and assist in the successful installation and commissioning of S kyfri SolarSCADA , ensuring adherence to specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and data team, to address complex customer requirements and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Act as our technical expert in demos and meetings with clients.
• Trouble shoot together with customers, identify the root cause and fix or add to backlog.
• Contribute to the growth and success of Skyfri Group by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or offering additional services.
• Capture deal-critical feature requests from customers, document them, and communicate them to product team.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for internal and customer use.

In addition, we need you to :

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Live in or in commuting distance to Denver , Colorado.
• Have a Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Have 2 -5 years of relevant experience with SCADA systems in the solar energy, energy or industrial automation industry.
• Have a solid understanding of data communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, Mbus etc.
• Be familiar with network troubleshooting (TCP / IP, DNS, VLAN, DHCP, STATIC IP)
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
