Position Overview :
Communiboost is seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our data needs. This role will involve entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems to support various client and internal projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with efficiency.
Salary Range : $36.500 - $46.000 yearly
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry : Accurately input client, campaign, and project-related data into our systems, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to established data entry standards.
- Data Verification : Regularly verify and update existing data, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
- Record Management : Organize and maintain electronic files, documents, and records in our databases for easy retrieval and reference.
- Support Reporting : Assist in preparing data for reports, presentations, and analysis to support marketing projects and client updates.
- Data Maintenance : Collaborate with team members to review and validate data, making updates as necessary to support ongoing projects and client needs.
- Confidentiality Compliance : Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines to maintain the security of sensitive client information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to manage large sets of data.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
