Job Description :

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the restoration process, assisting in the mitigation of water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage while ensuring affected properties are properly restored.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the restoration industry and contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to water, fire, mold, and bio hazard damage emergencies and assist with mitigation efforts.
• Perform mitigation services using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Remove damaged materials, including drywall, flooring, and insulation as needed, and clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent potential hazards.
• Assist with documenting and photographing damage for insurance claims and documentation purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure efficient and effective restoration efforts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition and report any maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in water damage restoration or related field preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures and protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various environmental conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the US approximately 3X per year for storm cleanup and restoration.
