Job Description
You will be the Production Planner, for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production Team. Our team is responsible for configuration management of the F-16 work instructions for the production line.
What You Will Be Doing
The production Planner will be responsible for the job functions / roles listed below :
- Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations relating to specific portion of the product for guidance of production workers.
- Plans detail operations from blueprints, engineering orders, change notices, and other engineering releases.
- Prepares shop work orders for materials and product processing.
- Maintains progress reports and other related records.

Candidates must be able to work a 4x10 1st shift schedule (Tuesday-Friday)

Desired skills
- Associate Degree and / or 3 years demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical / engineering related tasks.
- F-16 experience
- Aircraft maintenance, production and / or modification / general manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience writing manufacturing work instructions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with CAPP, SAP.
- Experience with multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing assignments in a variety of cross-functional areas.
