The majority of this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to existing and prospective clients. The perfect candidate for this position has a passion for doing what is best for the client by matching their needs with the proper solution.
As an independent insurance agency, we represent many insurance carriers, which give us the ability to bring together quality coverage and a competitive price.
Compensation averages $43k - $65k the first 12 months, including a comprehensive training program. Commissions are uncapped and the company actively participates in lead generation.

- Create new lead opportunities through community involvement and networking.

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitiveand be coachable.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to be flexible and handle situations tactfully.
- Exudes a positive, uplifting and inquisitive attitude.
- Competent with computers and technology.
