Job Summary :

As an Assistant Manager at Sparkle Express Car Wash Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash facility.

Working closely with the Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of dedicated employees, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service.

Your leadership skills and commitment to excellence will help maintain our reputation as a leader in the car wash industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the car wash facility.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Manage and motivate staff to meet sales targets, conversion rates and operational goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in car wash procedures and customer service.
• Promote positive Google reviews.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Assist in financial tasks such as handling transactions, preparing deposits, and managing budgeting processes.
• Implement marketing and promotional campaigns under the guidance of the Manager.
• Conduct regular inspections of the car wash facility to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the car wash, retail, or service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good understanding of business management and operational procedures.
• Basic financial acumen, including budgeting and cash handling.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
