NorthWest Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants to establish a pool for part-time and / or substitute instructors in this discipline.
Applications will be kept on file for the fiscal year ending June 30. When a position becomes available, the hiring department will review the applications on file.
After each fiscal year end the application will expire and a new application must be completed to remain in the applicant pool.

Positions are available days, evenings, and weekends. Part-time positions are not an immediate hire. They are a resource for each department to go to for their immediate needs.
Rate of pay : $765 per credit hour
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of the organization and administration of various higher education academic
and social programs.
Knowledge of campus and community resources.
Knowledge of state, federal, and campus rules, regulations, and requirements related to
campus academic and social programs.
Ability to coordinate the activities of campus academic and / or social programs.
Ability to evaluate collected information and formulate into recommendations.
Ability to compile information into report form.

Required Qualifications
A Master's Degree is required in the subject area taught for transfer courses.
