Position Summary
The Vice President of Marketing, Membership & Sales (MMS) at Kellen is a key leadership position responsible for driving client growth and engagement initiatives.
This role offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong enthusiasm for building successful teams to attain ambitious goals.
As the Vice President of MMS, you will lead a talented team to develop and execute marketing, membership, and sales strategies that align with Kellen's objectives.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding client base, and enhancing member engagement across various platforms.
Essential Functions
- Spearhead the MMS team, driving excellence in strategy and execution.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing, membership, and sales strategies across diverse channels to captivate and engage target audiences.
- Oversee branding, messaging, and communications to cultivate awareness, generate leads, and propel member acquisition.
- Direct the development and implementation of membership programs and initiatives that attract new members, retain existing ones, and elevate engagement levels.
- Help to develop new strategies and perfect current ones for member onboarding, communication, and service delivery processes.
- Conduct data analysis and ROI tracking to optimize campaigns and shape future strategies.
- Architect and implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including boards and internal staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, membership, and / or sales leadership roles.
- Proven experience in association management or a similar member-based organization.
- Established track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Expertise in digital marketing and analytics.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals and deliver results.
