Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency, customer service skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
This role involves accurately inputting data, resolving customer inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the order entry process.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input order data and check for errors to ensure order accuracy.
- Utilize order management systems (OMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Use spreadsheets and databases proficiently.
- Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide assistance effectively.
- Handle inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, especially during peak hours.
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the order entry process.
