Opportunity : Executive Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant at our North American Headquarters in Princeton to support our Senior Leadership Team(hybrid).

Responsibilities :
- Maintains high-volume calendars and daily schedules
- Formats, designs, and edits documents and presentations - some from scratch - using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders, including site leadership and functional leads for North America
- Manages executive travel including changes to travel schedule
- Serve as a support system for business partners / executives visiting our offices
- Manages expenses, developing a proficiency in the expense management system
- Addresses conflicts or critical issues in a timely manner, communicating with all involved
- Serve as a member of Employee Engagement team
- Coordinates event catering as needed
- Manage highly confidential information
- Create, modify, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
Qualifications / Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Assist projects as assigned
- Proactive and ability to multitask
