One way we can offer more care options to our current seniors and to other older adults in our community is by acquiring our Home Health license.
And now, our Home Instead office is looking for a superstar RN who is stoked and inspired to help us build our program from the ground up, successfully obtain our Home Health license, and direct and manage our clinical services after launch! This position will report directly to the business owner who is also an RN.

- Must be a current Registered Nurse with at least two years of recent Home Health experience and a t least one year of recent supervision experience in a home care, hospice or equivalent environment
- Must be knowledgeable about and experienced in Home Care policies, procedures, standards, licensure and compliance with regulatory authorities
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekend on call rotation

- Successful acquisition of Home Health licensure as quickly as possible
- Development and implementation of, and ensuring ongoing compliance with, policies, procedures, standards and regulatory statutes
- Clinical oversight of home care clients served from admission through discharge
- Care management and personnel supervision associated with the clinical delivery of care
- Management of all aspects of the client / family relationships to ensure a successful, quality home care experience and high client / family satisfaction scores

Other job requirements you'll need to have.....
- Intermediate computer skills including use of Salesforce and Microsoft Office - must also be able to quickly learn and understand other operational computer software
- Prior experience in a job successfully managing, prioritizing and organizing multiple tasks with minimal direction
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile with valid auto insurance to use during each workday
