A company is looking for a Manager, Project Training to assist with client-specific initiatives in the biotechnology sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance client trainings to improve customer satisfaction and complianceDefine training plans, design instructional materials, and provide ongoing training for project teamsCompile quality assurance data, prepare reports, and assist with internal and external auditsRequired QualificationsUS RN License OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker requiredRecent psychology experience within a mental health facility or clinic preferredExperience developing curriculum and facilitating training sessionsWorking knowledge of prior authorizations and benefit investigations preferredProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
