- Certification : Hold a coveted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, showcasing your commitment to excellence in the field.
- Experience : Bring prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, adding depth to your skill set.
- Availability : Monday through Friday, 32 hours a week. Ability to work flexible hours and on occasion and be willing to travel to other sites.
- Communication Mastery : Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, building bridges of understanding and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
