The knowledge we’ve gained through years of working in the local market empowers us to provide our home buyers and sellers with the advice they need to make informed decisions.
Whether it’s selling a home, searching for a home, or negotiating a contract, each member of the Homes From Heidi team is an experienced real estate professional who applies their expert skills to each step of the process to help each client achieve an outstanding result.
Compensation :
$55,000+ Depending on Experience
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of transaction coordination from contract to close.
- Implement and refine processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail in all transaction documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Organize and manage schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist in training and supporting team members to enhance their skills.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in real estate transaction management.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.

Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Real estate TC / Admin experience is required for this job
- Collaborative mentality, open-minded, and willing to learn
