THE BASICS
Pay : $35 - $40 per hour
Schedule : 7 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday and a limited schedule on Fridays

YOUR DAY AS A SERVICE MANAGER
Your ability to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance their skills and knowledge will contribute to their professional growth and our overall success.
You will also have the opportunity to showcase your asset and material management skills. Efficiently managing inventory and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels, and optimizing resource allocation will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and maximizing productivity.
By excelling in these key areas, you will contribute to the high-performance, energetic, and forward-thinking culture of our company.
Your ability to efficiently coordinate training as well as manage assets and materials will not only enhance our service delivery but also elevate our reputation in the industry.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A SERVICE MANAGER
- 4+ years of either technical or management experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry
- A thorough understanding of home service protocols
Possession of an HVAC or Plumbing license is preferred, but not required.
