Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group - Gore in Roswell, GA, US is seeking an Employment Attorney to join our passionate team.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on employment law matters to clients.
- Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination claims and wrongful termination suits.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to provide up-to-date legal advice to clients. Qualifications :
- Law Degree.

- 5+ years of experience in employment law.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful litigation in employment cases.
