LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading supplier of high-volume production equipment and process solutions for the semiconductor industry.
Founded in 1980 and with over 1,300 employees globally, this company is expanding its Hillsboro office. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key player in our dynamic team, supporting day-to-day administrative and inventory activities in our new Hillsboro location.
Location : Fully Onsite, Hillsboro, OR 97124
Duration : Contract to Hire
Pay : $24 - $26 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Support the management of domestic inventory, including procedures and processes.
- Maintain inventory control in line with SAP requirements (SAP experience is a plus but not required).
- Coordinate tool, spare parts, and upgrade shipments both domestically and internationally.
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions, including unpacking and verifying goods.
- Handle customer support functions, including creating quotes, invoices, and collections.
- Report on service activities and costs, review time cards, and manage project numbers.
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer calls (excluding technical support).
- Manage warehouse inventory and coordinate travel for Customer Support personnel.
- Participate in Customer Support meetings, record minutes, and assist with general office tasks.
Qualifications :
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a business field, or 2 years of direct EVG experience, or 3 years of related outside experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project). SAP experience is advantageous but not required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate leadership and organizational skills.
- Highly organized, able to work under pressure, and handle minimal supervision.
Pay Details : $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
