Dynamic and growing retail company is seeking a Manager, Accounting Operations !
The Manager, Accounting Operations will be responsible for managing Sales Audit and Account Receivable Teams. This includes overseeing accurate recorded of daily revenue, collections process, monitoring customer accounts, managing the billing process, and resolving disputes with customers.
The successful candidate will work closely with business development, FP&A and finance teams to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment from customers.

What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee the accounting function of the organization Oversee the financial close process and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements Manage and mentor accounting staff, including performance evaluations and professional development plans Review account reconciliations and journal entries Report on Supplier Income Revenue and facilitate discrepancy explanations / variance analysis Review contracts with suppliers to ensure accurate accounting of deferred revenue Lead aging calls with business partners and facilitate calls with vendors and customers Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Prepare reports on for senior management Manage the billing process and ensure timely invoicing to customers / vendors Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure prompt payment and resolve disputes Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to maintain accurate financial records Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations that impact accounts receivable processes Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
