Position Overview : We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The Speech-Language Pathologist will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating munication disorders in students.
We are looking for a passionate professional who is mitted to providing exceptional services and supporting the munication needs of our diverse student population.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct prehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate students' munication abilities and identify areas of need.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies to address speech, language, and munication disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse munication needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' munication skills in the classroom and educational settings.
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust intervention plans as needed to promote growth and achievement.
- Provide consultation and training to school staff on strategies for supporting students with munication disorders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, progress reports, and therapy sessions.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Indiana state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school or educational setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Excellent munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
