Today we seek a Maintenance Technician for our property, Beaver Creek, 254 apartment homes in Apex, NC who will be responsible for the upkeep of the property through the repair and maintenance of buildings and support equipment.
Salary : Salary commensurate with experience, beginning at $23 / hr. plus monthly bonus potential.
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in some of the following areas :
- General Building Repair
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical
- HVAC
- In areas where you may lack skills, Palms can provide training!
