• EM position at a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Flexible shift schedule will average 12 shifts per month
• 12-hour shifts for a mix of days and nights; all nights are an option if desired
• Estimated 10k annual patient volume
• EM physicians or IM / FM physicians with EM experience to start in 2024 or early 2025
• Competitive hourly rate for either employed with benefits or a 1099 independent contractor
• 1099 independent contractor commuter option available with a 1-year commitment
• Central North Dakota community is 90 minutes from Grand Forks or 2.5 hours from Fargo
