The Regional Float Pool CNA provides direct care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served according to the individual service plans and regulatory standards.
Regional Float Pool employees work assigned shifts in diverse program types with unique licensing requirements, settings, and populations and are required to adapt quickly and work effectively with multiple staff teams and staff functions and roles.
This requires individuals to adapt to various documentation requirements and platforms. Psychiatric / mental health, CPR certification, and CPI training will be provided.
Your role will cover 2 of Telecare’s Skilled Nursing Facilities located in Oakland & Hayward.
Shift Hours and Days vary as needed : Full-time, part-time, on-call hours available .
- AM : 7A-3 : 30P
- PM : 3P-11 : 30P
- NOC : 11P- 7 : 30A
Telecare proudly participates in wage transparency. Staffing Float Pool full wage range is $20.07 - $26.50.
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
