Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative on a contract basis with our client located in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Compensation :
Competitive hourly rate of $20-$22.
Primary Duties :
- Engage in extensive outbound calling for B2B collections and leasing agreements.
- Provide exemplary customer service during interactions with our client's customers.
- Keep precise records and manage correspondence with exceptional writing and communication abilities.
- Employ advanced skills in Excel and Word for effective data management and reporting.
- Implement accounting principles and cash handling experience to maintain financial precision.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to address and resolve customer queries and concerns swiftly.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience in B2B collections and leasing; open to candidates without third-party experience.
- A degree in Finance or Business Administration is advantageous.
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in dynamic settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of autonomous and team-based work.
Post-training, enjoy the convenience of working from home, with in-office presence required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays subject to operational needs.
