TrustPoint.One is partnered with a boutique litigation defense firm in Los Angeles, California in their search for a temporary attorney to support their litigation team remotely.
In this role, the temporary attorney will assist by preparing discovery responses for multiple cases involving general liability.
The expected duration for this position will be from 30-90 days and is dependent on performance.
Qualifications for the litigation attorney include :
- Must be in good standings with the California Bar
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with discovery response
- Familiarity with insurance defense in the state of California (preferred)
Salary is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience.
