Responsibilities :
- Analyze technical incidents related to Operational Technology systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and procedures to identify root causes.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures clearly and concisely for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts for further investigation and resolution.
- Assist senior analysts with ongoing projects related to OT system optimization and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies within the OT domain.
- Participate in training programs to develop your technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
