Housekeeper - Cook
3 Acre Private Estate - Lemon Heights / Tustin Hills
$24-$28 / hr. 40 hours per week. No weekends. Work hours flexible, 8-hour weekdays.
Privately gated, single family residence occupied by 2 adults and 2 golden retrievers. On-site employees include 3 full-time landscape personnel and 3 interior household, includes part-time dog sitter.
Incidental dog care. General housework. Assist with meal preparation. Shopping / errands using employer's vehicle. If the employee uses their personal vehicle, a rare occasion, reimbursement at Federal mileage rate.
California Driver's License required with driving record which permits your addition to employer's insurance without employer's premium upcharge.
During work breaks and lunch housekeeper may use their cell phone and a dedicated bedroom with TV and bathroom.
Benefits include : medical - vision - dental health plans available but not required; employee pays 16% of premium (about $157 per month) and the employer pays about $895 per month (PPO) ;
401k is available and $15,000 life insurance. 5 paid holidays; 5 paid sick days; 5 paid vacation days. Payroll is each other Friday by direct deposit to your bank account with required State / Federal deductions.
