Client location and schedule hours :

Client is located in Brentwood, schedule is Tuesday-Wednesday and Thursday 7 : 30 am to 12 : 30 pm.

Job Responsibilities :

Diagnoses : Hearing Loss, Depression, Neuropathy in feet and back, High BP, Prostrate issues, High Cholesterol

ADL's :

Mobility : : Client uses a rollator, but other than that he is totally independent. He no longer drives himself but has a car for the CG to drive.

He does not need help rising from a seated position onto his rollator.

Bathing / Dressing / Grooming : Does not wear depends. picks out his own clothes (wears same type clothes, jeans etc... daily) Shaves himself daily.

Goes out to get haircut or hairdresser will come to his house if requested.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member

Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language

Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance

Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks

Consent to drug and alcohol testing
