Overview

Project Manager Construction

Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor equipment that targets Architectural Contractors, Construction, Builders, Corporations and Fitness facilities, etc.

They recognize market trends and safety regulations and offer unique product designs utilizing the best quality materials.

They are seeking to hire a Project Manager to oversee the entire project cycle, from strategy and development to completion.

They will be responsible for the planning / scheduling, pricing and review of the design and installation plans. Role reports to the office.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate various large projects while adhering to cost, quality and time standards
  • Ensure project designs are within compliance standards including engineering and company principles
  • Create a project plan according to standards for construction on time standards to each phase.
  • Evaluate project proposals and contracts, approving job forecasts
  • Maintain client and vendor relationships
  • Manage job profitability, budget and scheduling
  • Provide recommendations that will improve quality and cost reduction
  • Responsible for reporting and billing for each project ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Min. 2+ years of Project Management experience within Construction and / or Architecture
  • Previous experience with large, complex project management
  • Knowledge / Understanding of Construction and / or Outdoor Equipment industry
  • Themed commercial environment experience preferred
  • Understanding of building regulations and OSHA a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites and CRM (NetSuite preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Minimal Travel (on-site / installation)

Offering :

  • Base Salary $90,000 $110,000 (based on experience)
  • Full Benefits Package, 401K, PTO
