A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) contributes to AHF by bringing their expertise mental health lense in working with the diverse populations served in our medical centers.
The LCSW works collaboratively with the patient to improve their health and social outcomes.
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker enhances the reputation of AHF by serving as a part of a multidisciplinary medial treatment team approach providing a patient a comprehensive care experience.
The LCSW is able to help patient’s optimize their quality of life through the use of psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and individual as well as group therapy.
The LCSW uses an array of counseling treatment modalities to help a patient achieve their identified goal (s), including medication and medical care compliance.
You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
To be successful as a LCSW it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The LCSW will work as a part of a close-knit team to enhance the lives of people living with HIV by addressing their emotional well-being, teaching coping strategies, providing education on trauma, and supporting positive behavior changes.
Must have a Masters in Social Work and be licensed. Bilingual in Spanish required.
