What will I be doing?
As the Recruitment Manager, West Japan, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
- Strategic sourcing to generate and maintain talent pool for west Japan.
- Talent mapping including data analytics.
- Initial screening such as resume screening, casual call, recruiter interview and evaluation.
- Communication with necessary stakeholders of each hotel such as Director of HR, Recruiter, Hiring Manager and relevant parties.

A Recruitment Manager, West Japan serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow :
Must
More than 3 years of talent sourcing experience (directly sourcing experience would be advantageous).
Basic PC skills (email, internet, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
Language skills
- Japanese : Business level or higher (for example, able to converse without problems in business, understand emails and materials without a dictionary / if Japanese is not your mother tongue, JLPT1 is required)
- English : Business level (conversation : able to have internal meetings and interviews / reading and writing : able to create English emails and materials)
- Preferred
- Work experience in hospitality (hotels, airlines) and / or food & beverage, customer service, retail industry
