Description
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of trades across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, FX, debt, futures, and swaps
- Liaise with brokers, custodians, and fund administrators to ensure smooth trade settlement and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reconcile portfolio positions, cash balances, and trades across internal systems and third-party administrators.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between fund accounting and investment systems.
Profile
- 2-10 years of experience in hedge fund operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with trade execution, settlement processes, and investment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas and data analysis tools.
- Experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Advent, Eze Software) and order management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
