We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and provide necessary therapy.
In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals of all ages, from children to adults, with a variety of speech and language challenges.
You will develop personalized treatment plans, provide therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
This position is full-time with a competitive rate of $70 to 80 per hour.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in utilizing specialized technology and software related to speech-language pathology
Work schedule : 2 days per week
