Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT) StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1880.15 - $2166.26 Required Qualifications Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy Minimum Experience : No minimum clinical experience required but is preferred.
Licensing / Certification : Must be licensed in good standing in Alaska as an OT or have a good-standing license of Occupational Therapy in another state and awaiting licensure in Alaska.
Must also hold a current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Current BLS.
Equipment / Tools : ?Office equipment (i.e. computer, telephone, fax machine, copy machine) Hospital based : Standard Occupational Therapy Department environment includes hi-lo table, therapeutic exercise equipment, ultrasound and electric stimulation modalities, ADL training room (includes bathroom and kitchen).
Village-based : Usually a treatment table is provided. Therapist brings out what is needed for patient care (theraband, exercise programs, etc.
