The Enterostomal Therapist is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Coursework / Training Completion of an accredited course in Wound, Ostomy and Continence.
- Within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire : Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire : Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state
- Within 90 days of hire Certification as a Enterostomal Therapist by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board
- 2 years Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
1 year of Home care experience (either prior to or upon certification as ET).
