Crozier leverages global reach and regional expertise to handle, transport, install, and store art and artifacts for artists, galleries, museums, auction houses, and private and corporate collectors, delivering an exceptional experience for all.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts in alignment with the company’s global strategic objectives.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and hands-on execution to drive the company’s growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive strategic marketing plans to elevate brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth

Define and uphold global brand values across all customer interactions

Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges

Align marketing strategies with overall business goals in collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance teams

Lead a global team in executing high-impact campaigns and initiatives.

Optimize marketing tactics using data-driven insights for maximum ROI

Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategies

Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels

Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently

Present marketing performance updates and opportunities to senior management

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred

10+ years in strategic marketing roles, achieving substantial business outcomes

Proven leadership in building and developing high-performing teams

Strong analytical skills, translating data into actionable strategies

Expertise in traditional and digital marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, and brand management

Track record in budget management and forecasting

Effective communication and influence across organizational levels

Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
