• Registered Nurse RN utilizes the nursingprocess in the care of designated Residents administers medications& treatments to residents & documents appropriately onassigned nursing unit
• Registered Nurse RNreports findings of ongoing observations / assessments to thedesignated Charge Nurse Nursing Supervisor & / or UnitManager
• Registered Nurse RN demonstratesknowledge of basic test / lab collection values deliver directresident care consistent with the policies / procedures &Resident Bill of Rights in combination with demonstrated clinicalskills / knowledge
• Registered Nurse RN willidentify / respond timely to patientconcerns / needs
• Registered Nurse RN willdemonstrate effective interpersonal skills necessary to ensureappropriate quality patient care
• Prepareresident assignments considering the category of needs of thepatient & competency of personnel monitor / evaluate the flow ofactivity & delivery of patient care provided (positioningbathing etc.

assure documentation records (ADLs meal intakeetc.) are completed for CNAs

• Is punctual and / orprovides proper notification for lateness orabsenteeism

• Demonstrates clinicalexpertise which is consistent with the established standards ofNursing Practice
• RN Supervisor will identify& respond appropriately & timely to patientneeds
• Monitor observe & document vitalsigns treatments administered & patientresponses.
• RN Supervisor will administermedications & treatments asneeded
• Communicate & direct services or anyplan / concerns / information to appropriate team members residentfamily or medical staff
• Identify & followdisciplinary action as stated inpolicy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teamphysicians & other vendors / services
• PerformRN assessment to residents post incidents or change incondition
• Lead & direct emergencysituations (Fire Elopement etc.)
• Maintainaccurate nursing report staffing sheets & censusroster

• Current& good standing RN License in State of NewYork
• Experience with geriatric / short termrehab / Alzheimers patients isdesirable
• Progressive nursing experiencesupervisory experience preferred
• Dedicated toproviding extraordinary quality compassionate care to eachresident
• Genuinely interested in helping illinjured disabled & elderly
• Have patience& willingness to assist any residents &coworkers
• Have excellent communicationinterpersonal customer service & organizationskills
• Able to work well under pressureflexible & will work harmoniously with allstaff
