Experience Required :
- Min 3 years relevant construction experience - MUST HAVE
- OSHA 10 Certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
What you will be doing :
- Assist in estimating and scheduling during preconstruction and construction phases.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and specifications using ProCore.
- Review contracts, submittals, and shop drawings.
- Process and track RFIs, contracts, and purchase orders in ProCore.
- Attend and document meetings, track compliance notices, and manage safety and quality standards.
- Support the Project Manager with financial tasks, including Pay Applications and Change Orders.
- Ensure timely project closeout and financial reconciliation.
