Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing team while driving a vision for chargeback managementAnalyze chargeback data and build metrics for performance monitoring and benchmarkingCollaborate with senior management to adapt chargeback policies and mitigate future trendsRequired Qualifications and EducationMinimum of five years of chargeback experience, preferably in e-CommerceBachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferredExperience with major payment processors such as Adyen, Braintree, and PayPalProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SQL and TableauExperience with CRM tools and Google Business Suite preferred
