Job Description : Digital Content Writer & Editor
Responsibilities :
The person in this role will write, edit and manage projects.
Write and Edit :
Write SEO-driven blog articles and other copy as needed.
Edit long-form digital content for grammar, typos, AP style, tone and brand standards.
Fact-check content, ensure the work meets legal and SEO requirements, and hold our team accountable to a high standard of accuracy.
Research and incorporate feedback quickly.
Manage projects :
Oversee publication of content on our blog and lead QA process.
Deliver assignments to freelancers and support our internal and freelance writers throughout the creative process.
Guide work through the review and approval process.
Manage documentation of approvals, consent forms and images.
Basic qualifications :
- years of professional writing and editing experience
- years of digital content experience
Preferred qualifications :
Previous experience working in a fast-paced corporate marketing environment within a regulated industry (like finance or healthcare)
Experience writing and editing for SEO and web-specific constructs (ADA compliance, mobile UX, etc.)
