The Senior Product Manager creates and maintains a roadmap for assigned products within the Telecom Platform Delivery team.

The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to a consumable functionality, by developing or enhancing products to meet specific customer needs and success outcomes.

Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs while adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.

Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Responsible for supporting Avaya, Oracle SBC, load testing and e911

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree

5 or more years of telecommunications technical experience

Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrated acumen to build / maintain relationships

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

ITIL

Experience writing technical requirements

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$102,200 - $140,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
