SPECIALIST CLERK

We are currently seeking a Specialist Clerk for our Copperfield location.

Along with assisting members in the lobby and / or over the phone, they are mainly responsible for researching and responding to credit bureau disputes.

Also, performs related accounting, clerical, and member service functions.

Maintains spreadsheets, files and records. Fields member questions and service requests, as well as service requests from officials, officers, and attorneys.

Sends required notices and letters, writes and updates department procedures and oversees related product training.

Assists in various functions of other departments, including assisting with subpoenas, IRA functions, and other clerk functions.
