Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert in Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) tools and coordinate their implementationEstablish collaborative relationships with physicians and third-party vendors to communicate clinical informationAnalyze and monitor clinical Risk Adjustment reports for accuracy and compliance with CMS requirementsRequired QualificationsCurrent, valid RN license in the state of practice3-5 years of related healthcare experienceProficiency in personal software applications, including word processing and spreadsheetsExperience with healthcare provider relationsUnderstanding of Medicare Advantage funding models and Risk Adjustment processes
