Registered Nurse Med Surg
Registered Nurse Med Surg needed in Fort Myers, FL.

Salary and Benefits
- The hourly pay range for this position is $31.16 - $49.60
- Relocation Assistance- Up to $7,000
- Housing Allowance - $1,800 for 6 months
- Night Shift Differential - $6 per hour
- Health Insurance Employers Pays 80% (Around $50 Per Pay Period)
- Dental and Vision Insurance Offered
- Paid Time Off (24 Vacation Days in your first year)
- Retirement Package 401(K) with 5% Match

Responsibilities
- Day Shift and Night Shift Available
- Assess patients' conditions.
- Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
- Observe patients and record the observations.
- Administer patients' medicines and treatments.
- Set up plans for patients' care or contribute information to existing plans.
- Consult and collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
- Registered Nurse RN
- 2 Years of Experience in Nursing Preferred
