HLB is looking for a Senior Billing Administrator for the firm, based in our San Francisco office. This person will be primarily responsible for firmwide billing, as well as assisting the accounting department as directed by the Controller.

Duties and responsibilities Billing Administrator Assist in opening new projects in Deltek Vantagepoint.Prepare and process monthly invoices.
Manage project AR and contract status report.Assist with Certificates of Insurance.Create month-end billing reports for Principals and Project Managers.
Prepare and format timesheets when signatures are needed.Timesheet review for accuracy prior to posting.Enter and post cash receipts.
Enter Accounts Payable.Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Assist with other projects as needed. Work under general supervision.Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the accounting department.

Send / receive deliveries. Coordinate in-office special events / office celebrations, including overseeing vendor presentations and organizing office lunches Prepare monthly expense report for office Principal.
General office support when needed.
